Question iphone 8 plus bug

So my ip 8 plus has been bugging latley, sometimes when i just like type something when i press one button it clicks on multiple random letters, ive tried to reset my settings but not my full phone, what do i do? ps. it goes back to normal when i just press the off button and put in my passcode again

Seems like a heat issue with the digitizer. Does the phone get hot often?

This may sound odd, but stick it in the fridge for a bit and see if it takes longer to bug out when it's cold
