Question iPhone stolen pics backed up but not retrievable

My phone was stolen on Feb 23, 2019. There is a backup from that day but doesn’t have all the photos that I took on days prior. Can anyone help me retrieve these photos? Removed by mod

Why only back up one days photo and why do it on that day? Were you expecting your phone to be stolen?
