I think the winner depends on who pays more money in advertising

Completely subjective ..you need more than one evaluator to make this determination

I also think some of these photos are not accurate comparisons. 1. In the fruit picture the distance, angle and light are not consistent. You are much closer in on the iPhone picture. 2. In the street scene there is clearly less sunlight and more shadow for the Note picture. 3. In the flowers picture the subjects are not comparable. A bright pink flower is always going to look brighter than a deep yellow and brown one. Do it taking the same exact picture from the same position with the same lighting and it would be a valid comparison.

it's all relative depending on who paid the most to the sites for reviews and gave away free phones. my landline takes better pictures because i paid the corespondents to say so along with a free subscription for life
