Is a touchscreen laptop slower than a non touch laptop with the excat same specs?

So im looking to buy a low end laptop for travel and light gaming.looking to play league of legends,csgo,and some minecraft.
These are the laptops im looking at

They have basically the same specs but one is touchscreen and one is not.i am concerned that the touchscreen will slow down the laptop while gaming and that it will shorten the laptops life.and the non touch is cheaper so help me pls!thanks in advance.

There will be no difference in speeds between a touchscreen and a standard screen of the same resolution.
