Yes, DeVinci Resolve is a safe program. It's developed by BlackMagic and I'm pretty sure it's for professional colour correction.

Trust me, it is not. it activated comand promt, echoing words until i had to close it. it said "no rules match my criteria". DO NOT GET IT. it is a virus

^+1 rgd1101 is right. It is a legitimate program if downloaded from BlackMagic's site. Anywhere else and it probably is suspect and has a virus attached.

I just downloaded it and looked up if it is safe and if these guys are right then its from this site
