Solved! Is direct tv satellite 119 the same one for dish network

I point my dish network at 119 and get nothing. I am using my Iphone app to do this. The app says this is sat 119 directv.

The receiver has to be digitally authorized, there's a lock on it.
The dish has to be pointed perfectly within 1 MM
