Is Driver Sweeper safe to use

I m using driver sweeper to remove old nvidia drivers i just wanna know is it safe to use driver sweeper in safe mode or else it will cause any problem to pc.

Why don't you just use Control Panel, Uninstall Programs?

if you are using vista you can use driver sweeper. But if you are using Win 7 or newer then use Driver Fusion. Driver Fusion is an updated version of driver sweeper but will not delete part of the OS that is needed. It was an issue when Win 7 came out so they updated the program and now it will not do it.

Other than this it is safe to use it.

@bgunner I m using 8.1 which is safe to use Driver sweeper,Driver Fusion or Display Driver Uninstaller.

I personally would use display driver uninstaller , but as i7baby , suggested control panel /add or remove programs will also work

By using control panel it does not remove all driver thats why want to use driver sweeper etc...

for windows 8 or 8.1 use driver fusion not driver sweeper. There is a difference between the programs and driver sweeper can delete things from Win 7, 8, 8.1 that you need where Driver Fusion will not. I personally like Driver Fusion for uninstalling all Past and present driver parts including the software that gets installed with the driver Not to mention it does way more than just display drivers.

Because often people get a Blue Screen of Death whenever that is tried.
