Games: Yes but an i3 really is not for gaming anyways.
Blu ray video: Yes

Everything else the integrated video is good enough.

Its main purpose is to offer more power and longevity for people that use laptops for surfing the web.

Even the weakest last generation integrated can handle bluray. A graphics card is only needed for gaming.
