hai . . .

I am from India and have a 3G USB Dongle . . .I want to unlock it so that I can able to use on any network and any affordable data plan !!

is it really works if we unlock it ???

In this forum we don't give information to unlock , crack , hack or break into passwords , codes , phones , networks , or any thing that involves altering something that is locked for a purpose of keeping it secure.
If your cell phone provider does not provide you with that information then it's not supposed to be done.

What most people fail to realize is that when they sign the lease agreement or any legal form then they can't just do as they want. You would think that you could since you paid for it but these companies are protecting thier intellectual property and when something is locked that's the reason.

you are very correct there...

initially I had no problem with their device, since it is little bit expensive to use 3G I thought 2G is enough for my needs and I started using it...suddenly it stopped and the customer care guy says that is not possible to use 2G in this device and the main part is we can't even use another SIM of same network !! it really irritates . . .

then I thought to unlock it for any network use !!

As with anything else in this world there is always somebody that has unlocked some device and for the most part any device can be unlocked , you just have to find the place that did it. Unfortunatly in these forums the policy is to not take part in unlocking , hacking or breaking of passwords and codes for any reason because we don't know the person typing the post and can't verify it being a legitimate issue.
People want to hack network passwords to get free access or invade someone's privacy and there's no way to know so the best way is to not take part in these actions.

I'm surprised that the dongle is not backwards compatible.
