Is it possible to use an external GPU on my laptop?

I have an ASUS N76VB.
Its GPU is not good enough to handle the new games. (Overwatch specifically)
My question is : is it possible to connect an external one and where can I find it?

Need PCMCIA and some patience for this.

Otherwise need Thunderbolt and doesn't look like you have that.

For the time and expense of getting an external PGU set up with a laptop, you might as well a lower budget desktop. You have better results.
