Is it possible (and legal) to turn on google adsense on my youtube channel, and buy views from a website to earn money? As i can buy 10k views for 7$ which i researched that it would earn me about at least 1$ per 1000 views

Legal? This may count as fraud.
Against Google's ToS and liable of getting your channel banned if caught? Sure, and this is far less troublesome for Google than filing a claim for fraud.
