Is it worth it ?

I'm planning on buying a new gaming laptop on a budget and i can't decide between those 2:
1.The first one is an acer aspire e5-572g-35kb(i3-4000m,gt 940m 2gb,4gb ram,500 gb hdd) = 410$
2.The second one is an asus X555LB-XX025D (i5-5200u, gt 940m 2gb,4gb ram, 1 tb hdd) = 492 $
I know the asus one is better , but is it worth the price difference ?

The I5 is just a little bit faster despite it being a low voltage cpu. I would still pick the Asus because it is just better quality then Acer. One thing i don't like about these laptops is that they both only have 4GB RAM which is on the low side, You would get some problems if you want to game on it, but you could upgrade the RAM yourself. 8GB is best for gaming
