is laptop with i3 4005u enough for me?

I'm going to use it for college purpose (browsing more than 8 tabs, watch youtube, microsoft office)

running project management software (possibly microsoft project)
java JDK 6 eclipse IDE
will it be sufficient if I'm not running virtual box?
No gaming, if I play games, it will be like old games (GTA III, Vice City etc)
I don't need an incredible fast processor, I just need it fast enough without lag or "stop, not responding application"
