Is lenova y50 and lenova y50-70 same laptop model or two different models?

The US lenova website gives this laptop as y50

The Australian lenova ite gives this as y50-70.

I have read a lot about the y50 model and have decided to buy it. But I don't live in US. So I want to know whether the y50-70 model sold in Australia is the same.

The Australian version is more accurately compared against the US Y50 UDH here http/shop.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/lenovo/y-series/y50-uhd/ - still based on the same platform (Y50) but a higher resolution display. Pretty much all other specs (other than display) are the same. When reading reviews (especially US ones), note the complete model number since that varies by hardware options (6 variations in US market vs 2 in AU).
