Hi, I plan on buying Lenovo 410p with i5 4200m and GT 750m.
I'm wondering if I can run BF4/BF3 at mid to high, and play other games fluently.
I could go for i7 4700mq with GT 755, but the price is too much for me, unless the processer and GPU make a huge difference in everything.
Other than that, I'm a student looking for a laptop that will last me for 3 years. I do normal word processing and run photo editing softwares.

Cheers :)
Thank you

I second that advice about the cpu, it is a good upgrade for not much more. And keep in mind, the i7 has hyperthreading has well.
This model is also always on sale it seems so if you can hit a good one you could probably get it for cheap.

I don't think there is such a huge difference between the 750 and 755, it's there, and better gpu is always better, but I would probably prefer the quad core i7 with the 750 over the dual core i5 with the 755, it's just more value in my eyes.

For the other uses, it definitely works well, I got mine with the i7 and 750m gpu, it works great and the battery life lasts 4-5 hours, that's with some very light internet use and lower brightness.

Quad core i7 4700MQ VS dual-core i5 4200M. So, I think its worth spending around 20$ more to get the i7.
On the other hand, the battery life of the i5 would obviously be better.

This would be a great gaming laptop, i have a i7 4700mq gt755m 12 gigs of ram 1tb hard drive and a 24gig ssd and it runs games at high to ultra. now to run high to ultra you may have to lower some thing down during intese gaming but it is a great laptop for gaming for the price.
