Processor: Intel(R) Core^tm i5-5200U
RAM: 4GB DDR3 L memory
Graphics: NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) 820M with 2GB dedicated VRAM
OS: Windows 8.1 pro 64-bit

Will my laptop be able to run GTA V smoothly? or even run it?

This video shows a GeForce 820M running GTA V at low settings. The experience is comparable to playing GTA V on the PS3 or Xbox 360.

It does look like it is playable with that gpu.
