Solution
As far as gaming performance goes, both of those graphics chipsets are quite low-end. Going by the benchmark results at NotebookCheck, it looks like on average the Radeon R7 M440 will be only a little faster than the integrated HD 620 graphics built into the CPU, and the Radeon 530 will be only a little faster still. So unless there are some other significant features differentiating those laptops that are not listed in those specs, then I would say that the difference in graphics performance is negligible, and perhaps not worth a $100 price difference. And outside of gaming, they will likely perform very similar to one another, assuming both laptops have similar cooling systems.

Do you have any other laptops to choose from?

Depends on what you are doing with it. The graphics is the only thing differetnt from what I see. So if you're wanting to play games then the more expensive one would be better, but if that's $USD then they're both overpriced and you can get something much better for around that price.

i would like a to play a bit with it and as for the high price i dont really live in Europe or America so that's that and online shopping is also not an option
and i just want to know if the added price is worth it for the upgraded graphic card and Bluetooth

Both have Bluetooth, the more expensive one is 4.2 which would be nice for device support and performance. The GPUs are well within the same performance metrics. The RX 530 has slightly better specs but not enough to make it an insane amount better than the R7 440M. I would say no but thats your call in the end.
