Is there a computer (budget $300-$400) that can run Roblox on high settings without lag?

HI I was looking for a computer (laptop, actually) that would run ROBLOX fluently, while on preferably high settings? I would also like no lag to occur. Would that be able to happen in a $300-$400 budget? Even if it had to be on medium settings. I would also prefer for it to run Gmod fluently. I currently have a laptop that works fine, but lags a lot. Thanks for your help!

Come on kid, find something better to play. I dont play roblox anymore but ill give some a link. This should run roblox just fine.

I would play something different, but all I have is Garry's mod, and Battle Block Theater on steam. I've played ROBLOX for a long time, and I think it's fun. All I want is something that will run all of these games without lag.

Before anything else happens, right now I have a Compaq that has Intel Celeron (if that information is need idk lol) and the CPU is 900 @ 2.20 GHz
