Is there a way to completely block my laptops built in keyboard from typing?

I recently cleaned my computer with a damp napkin and now it spams "3" and "d", so i tried to uninstall the built in keyboard and put another one in, but the built in one still spams. Is there a way to completely block my laptop keyboard? Like i said i already uninstalled the keyboard on the device manager, but it still spams. Help!

The way I would approach that is by disassembling the laptop and unplugging its cable from the board.

Simplest fix would be to revisit the device manager. Right click the offensive device and click on disable.
