I want to convert cable companies signal to HDMI.

You can't convert the RG6 antenna cable wire to HDMI.
There needs to be a tuner (either in a box your cable company provides or inside your TV).
If your TV has a QAM tuner built in connect that wire to the antenna input, set the TV for QAM, and scan for channels. You will only be able to get those channels that your cable provider has not encrypted.
