Question Is There a Way to Enable Camera2 API on My Motorola Phone? (G13)

I want to use Google Camera (GCam) on my Motorola g13, but Camera2 API isn’t enabled by default. Is there a way to enable it without root, or do I need a specific method?

As I am sure you have discovered, there are many videos on YT and APKs scattered around the interwebs that claim to do as you are asking. I would be very cautious using any of those.
