My wireless won't stay connected. Can I just connect an Ethernet cord from the router or did I accidently turn off some switch. I can connect using a mobile hotspot
Well, if you can connect via a mobile hotspot, that would suggest that the problem does not lie with your laptop wi-fi, but more with your router wi-fi. Of course, factors like distance and walls, etc, will also play into it.
Hello... Yes... you should have a port for connecting a direct cable... it will run faster that way B )
Look in your Control panel-device manager... do you have a red or yellow mark there for your network or wireless adaptor?

Hello... Just go on DELLs site for the Inspirion 15 3000 series and locate the WIN 10 driver for your Wireless and see if that will remove the yellow mark... the above driver said it was for a Inspiron One 2330. B /
