Is there an app, software or website that reads numbers separately?

Hello, I'm troubled by text-to-speech or number-to-speech programs where I am trying to make a scary audio file which, in this case plays binary numbers. All text to speech programs I used were only reading out the numbers in words, for example 123 would be onehunderdtwentythree instead of one two three. The deal is, I have large binary code which I would like to be red by these programs but they all read it out like the example I showed. Do you guys know any websites, software or apps I can use for this? ~ Toxiz
