Is there an equivalent to iBooks author for PC?

I'm using iBooks Author to realize interactive catalogs for my customers. I need a similar tool to create this kind of catalog with rich contents such as configurator, video, links, zoom, images, zoom, etc..., for android devices.

Books Author is less complete than iBooks Author but could be a solution...not available at the moment on windows store!
