Is there any port of TV which gives channel broadcast information?

There are several ports on digital TVs these days, ranging from analog A/V to HDMI, USB and such. Is there any port which outputs information related to which channel the TV is playing right now (ABC, FOX, ESPN etc)?

Not necessarily a 'port', but most TV remotes come with a 'Info' button of some sort. If you have a digital TV signal, this usually displays some basic information about the current program on the channel.
