Is this a facebook malware?

How do you solve this problem for signing in facebook? Did you ever hear of this? Here is a short video of what the problem is exactly about:

Just ignore it - your login is still at the top of the screen and it's probable that logging in will clear the screen. It's just marketing - the Russians have paid Facebook to plug the product.

It certainly isn't a product I would recommend if you value the privacy of your personal data.
