Is this a good gaming PC deal ?

SSD is too slow for modern use, should have at least a 250 gb, 500 gb even better so you can run programs from it. Power supply is not really good, it's a bit low power for a "gaming" system and lower end quality. The cheapest PSU for a gaming system is probably the Corsair CX and CXM models.

Price wise it's about what I would expect for those parts but not the parts I would use.
