is this a good laptop?

hi i'm trying to help my mum get a new laptop and need something reliable and good quality. because if it breaks down it'll be my fault! is this model a good and reliable one?

or should i get something else? it doesn't need to be too powerful, but quality and reliability are key. portability isn't such a big issue, though it can't be a desktop.

Judging by the hardware components as well as quality and reliability its prefect. Go for it. Toshiba won't let you down.

oh btw i'm reading a lot of people saying 768p is a bad resolution for a 15.6" monitor, but every laptop i can find has this resolution? is 768 enough?
