Is this a pretty good laptop?

More wondering if this is good for what I payed for it. I think so, but its hard to keep an eye on everything.

Size: 15.6"
CPU: i5-3210M
GPU: Nvidia GT 620M (Not sure what version)
GPU2: Intel HD 4000
RAM: 6GB 1600Mhz
HDD: 1TB
Optical: Multi-DVD
Battery: 6-Cell Lithium-Ion 48Wh
Keyboard: Turkish (Looks same as English Keyboard though)
Condition: Used, appearance is reported as "Good" but it hasn't came in the mail yet so I am not sure.

I paid $350 after shipping. Plan to use it while I am at school, and free time when traveling for playing games, watching movies, and general other tasks.

Thanks for the quick reply, I really hope so. I look at laptops every now and then, but can never keep up on them. When I saw this one on eBay I pretty much bought it 10 minutes later. Compared to the Acer I looked at back in August with an A8-5557 and an Radeon 8750, this one seems to have crazy more CPU performance and maybe just over half the GPU performance but I wasn't really sure. Its a foreign model so info online about it is like non-existent.
