Is this alright for low end gaming?

Hi, I might be purchasing this laptop, http/www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AZL0M34/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A39QOQB63SPG0D would this be ok for medium settings on most games? I will be playing games like minecraft and maybe if I could possibly play BF3 on low to medium settings. I am just asking because I am not that well versed with laptop parts thanks a lot!

Maybe BF3 on low at lowest res at like 20-25fps.... not a great gaming machine
