Yes you'll be able to record Minecraft, you need to be specific about which games.

The 730 is the lowest recommended gaming card, will run most games but newer ones at Low. No info about the CPU, that makes a difference also. 7 gig of RAM is an odd amount, looks like the system was pieced together. I'm guessing that's a dual channel not a triple channel system, you should have either 4 gig, 6 gig with two 2 gig sticks and two 1 gig sticks or 8 gig for optimal RAM speeds.
