Is it broken? Yes.

Is it fixable? Yes.

Will it be cost-effective to fix? I don't know.

The LCD panel is cracked. A replacement panel will be required to fix it. Laptop panels are fairly cheap and easy to obtain and generally not too difficult to install. I don't know what the situation is with TV panels, especially curved ones.

Not worth fixing.

For what a new LCD panel costs plus installation you can just buy a new one. Any repair shop will tell you the same.

Look on Ebay for another screen and fix it yourself, it should be easy enough and cheap enough off Ebay,
Go to the manufacturer online and get the instructions for doing this job yourself.
