Is this laptop capable enough to handle my workload?

Hello guys, is this laptop worth to buy?
Lenovo Y40

Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-5500U
GPU: AMD R9 M275 2GB DDR3 ( maybe GDDR5? I dont really know )
RAM: 4GB DDR3 ( I will add up to 8GB in future )
HDD: 512 GB SSHD 8GB

Aim:
-Able to play dota 2 low or high preset. ( not lower than 50fps )
-Able to play high demanding game with low or high preset.
-Video editing.
-Presentation and working.

Its a good specification especially the GPU.
But the only thing is:
CPU's temperature may overheat due to the high workload or gaming.
( Maybe won't overheat because that just stress test )
