Is this laptop capable of running Dragon Age: Inquisition?

I'm looking to buy my sister a laptop so she can play DA: Inquisition. Only problem is, I know next to nothing about computers and don't have much money to throw around. Is the laptop below capable of handling the graphics, memory, etc?

It will run it, but on lowest settings and with low frame rates, won't be much fun. I would not spend money on that system for a game, either get a used system with an 840m/940m video card or a new one with that card. For AMD you'd want an A10 CPU for games on lower settings to play OK.

At that price you are looking basic use laptops, flash based games, documents, video watching, not for games.

Thanks! Any suggestions for laptops I should be looking at so the game will run on higher settings? I'm having a hard time figuring out what's important, but I definitely want her to be able to play at the recommended setting
