Is this laptop good for game creation and gaming?

Hi, I'm on a tight budget (less than $800) and I want to start making games for fun. I came across this laptop:

And was wondering if it was any good?
The game I would be playing is Wartune by R2Games and making games on Unity and GameSalad

If it isn't any good, what would be good suggestions?

Although I feel it would work for what you want to do, I might suggest looking at the MSI GP60 Leopard-010, although a bit more expensive than the Toshiba, it sports a dedicated graphics card which may be of benefit for your purposes over an integrated card. I'd expect much more enjoyable game play from the MSI machine.
One thing I will recommend is the use of a cooling pad whenever gaming on a laptop with dedicated graphics.
