Acer Aspire V3-572G-54S6 Notebook Intel Core i5 4210U (1.70GHz) 8GB DDR3L Memory 1TB HDD NVIDIA GeForce GT 840M 15.6" Windows 8.1

I am asking if this can run black ops 2 on steam at least 60 fps with low settings?

It can't lock 60 FPS, but 45 FPS @ Low @ FHD should be achievable.

I forgot to add that if you put the battery to high performance the core goes up to 2.70GHz
