hello, my cousin is giving me his laptop because he doesn't need it anymore : its a lenovo core i5 second gen 8 gbs ram 1tb hdd shared vga up to 5 gbs can someone tell me if its good or even okay and if i can play fortnite on it or other games (def. not pubg it needs a really good pc) thank you

If you're going to be having to use Intel HD Graphics, I'm afraid you'd have to go full LowSpecGamer to get playable performance.
