Is this pc able to run H1Z1, Tera, games like that?

These are my specs of my pc, i don't have any good budget, so im just trying to play these games if possible.

CPU: AMD Phenom II x2

ram: 4gb

Motherboard: AMD PCCHIPS A45G (CPU 1)

Graphics: 1919MB ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics (Elitegroup)

500gb storage.

That GPU is pretty old by now. I suggest buying something small like a $50 R7 250 or GT 730/740. If you do those games will be buttery smooth.
