Is this ram compatible in an acer aspire E 15 E5-573G-79JP?

Im wondering because this is DDR4 2400MHz and the graphics card in the acer aspire is Gehorce 940m DDR3 4 VRAM

That model uses DDR3 ram, which means no, your motherboard wont support DDR4. According to Crucial, that model Acer only supports up to 16GB of ram on two DIMM slots, so make sure you don't buy more than that.

Also, ram and vram have nothing to do with each other. You can mix DDR3 or DDR4 ram with a GPU that has GDDR3 or GDDR5 vram.

RAM and VRAM are different.

Your laptop uses 8GB DDR3L RAM so you can't put DDR4 in there (it simply won't match) if this is your laptop right here: http/www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/NX.MVGAA.004

Why more than 8GB? If gaming is your concern then I should say that in any game more than 8GB is useless.
