Hello folks,

I am planning to buy an additional 8GB upgrade to my laptop, I searched kingston.com and they showed Kingston KCP424SS8/8 is the one compatible. I can't find it in online stores in the Philippines, but ValueRam KVR24S17S8/8 is available on the market. Is it compatible with my laptop?

I have 4GB soldered ram with 1 additional slot for upgrade.

Any RAM of the same speed as what you have should work, but only "should". There is a very good chance it will work.
