Question Is Visible worth the hassle to join?

Visible states on their website that new phone will be overnighted the next day...been nearly a week now but no phone!! Being told by Customer Service that they have a new policy that new orders have a 3 day "Security Review" but now on day 6 said review is still going on! They promote on their website next day ship so how can they invoke policies without informing the consumer before purchase?

I ordered mine on 4/11 being promoted as an overnight FedEx ship...but now being told it is on hold for a "finance review" but not one of their specialists can explain what that means or when my phone will ship! Has anyone else been dealing with this?
