Issues with fb

I factory reset my phone and my fb account was a login with my pic . All I did was touch it to sign In . Now it says I'm entering a previous password. Im confused how may I get back in. Oh and I no longer have access to email on fb.

Only Facebook can help you; we can't because we have a strict policy on not assisting with password issues. Contact them, preferably using a PC or laptop, and be ready to answer any security quetions only you should know.
