Issues with my laptop

I have a HP pavillion g6 laptop, which i never really use but i decided to try it again and it seemsw to have some big issues as when i turn it on there is a loud beep and it doesnt boot up, a blue screen just quickly flashes up and then it goes black. Any ideas?

I cant really take apicture of the blue screen because it literally flashes for like half a second

I don't know about the beep but the blue screen may be due to a loose connection to the screen. You could try and fix the cable that connects it if you know how, which I don't. Or you could send it to a repair shop to get it fixed.
