It wont do anything

My computer turns on and lets me log in but once I log in, it takes a while for it to load and then my background comes up but i can't do anything.

Hi,

Try pressing Win+R then type in "Explorer.exe"

if that doesn't work follow below

Does pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del bring up the windows account menu?

If so open task manager and then select 'File' and then press 'run'. If you've made it this far you then need to type 'Explorer.exe' into the run command box.

Please post back with the results.
