Itinerary offline GPS app

Every time I go on a trip i've the same problem: I am making by myself an itinerary but I want to put the destinations on a map and use offline GPS to know where am going. Every app I've used, doesn't work offline. Or when it's offline, I can see myself, by not the itinerary I created,
So i'm looking for an app for android that I can create an itinerary and to see where I am and where is the next destinations (I need it for trip in cities, not between cities)

try here maps dont know if it can do an itinerary or not

but can definitely use it offline

Navigator can save routes, itinerary and maps for offline use. I haven't used it in awhile though.
