Big publishing companies: Well mr law, thanks a lot for helping criminals get what they want. We'll just have to sink a few more bil into harsher more annoying drm to keep our good honest customers from being tempted by their evil ways. What? Spend the money on better games developing? Lol! Like THAT would ever boost sales.. Drm stops piracy which means more sales, duh!

Sad, but probably true. Its only when companies realise that crap games/bad console ports + drm is whats killing/hampering the pc gaming market that things will change.

lol im going to email ubisoft now asking for an offical patch to get rid of the drm on my copy of assasins creed 2 and tell them that if they dont under The Digital Millennium Copyright Act
i will legally be allowed to remove it from the game which i own

so glad, next time i will download EA game instead of buying it,waste of money as ea games won't work properly. you pay, you dont play
