It's running slow bad

My nextbook runs real slow & always says it's not responding. I don't have much on it. What's the best thing to do about it? Is there a App to help me

I know of no way to back up any passwords for apps, WiFi, etc. on the device. Your best bet is to just write them all down, and any other log in info you need to save, and what they are each for. Then once you reset the tablet you can reenter the passwords and other info.

In regard to any files on it (music, photos, etc.) you can either sync to and upload them to your Google account, or connect the table to a computer via USB cable and save the files to the computer while you reset the tablet.

Any apps, however, would be lost. Those you would have to redownload and install after the reset is done.
