Itunes Playlist won't sync to my iPhone

I just created a new playlist on iTunes on my computer, and whenever i try dragging it to my iPhone 4s, nothing happens. I try re-syncing it multiple times, I updated my iPhone version, and trying to place it else where on my iPhone, yet nothing is working.

Please help! I need this playlist ASAP.
