I've downloaded Netflix app on PS4 but its not giving me the option to enter in my details

I downloaded Netflix app on PS4. Purchased subscription through my Telstra account. I can get to welcome page to enter my email and in my Netflix account it asks for an activation code to link device but ai can't locate one.

if you bought it thru Telstra, contact them on where you should get your activation code
