I heard it's possible to put the latest android firmware on Samsung Galaxy Ace S8539i through modding?

And does all the features work or does it cause problems. Thanks

This is called installing a custom ROM. Depending on your device there are different methods or doing this, most ROMs have a few minor bugs unless the developer states it as 'stable'.
